The management board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt. (“GTC Hungary”) as an issuer informs that on 19 March 2021, Globe Office Investments Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, signed a loan facility agreement for the amount of EUR 25 million with Erste Bank for the purpose of financing the acquisition the Vaci Greens D office building in Budapest, Hungary.
