The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 5 August 2019, it received a letter No. BG-N-NP.6624.1350.2019.MRA from the City of Warsaw Geodesy and Cadastre Department that pursuant to resolution No. XV/382/2019 of the Warsaw City Council dated 4 July 2019, the street name was changed from the current name:17 Stycznia to the new name: Komitetu Obrony Robotników effective 3 August 2019. As a result of above mentioned resolution the new Company’s address is Komitetu Obrony Robotników 45A, 02-146 Warsaw.
Legal basis: § 5 section 10 the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
