("Company"), informs that on 7 March 2012 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by a member of the Management Board of the Company, who purchased 6,000 shares in the standard session transactions at an average price of PLN 6.90 per share on 6 March 2012.
