With reference to current report No. 8/2022 of 17 January 2022, the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that on 24 January 2022 it received communication No. ONP/2022/010 from the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the “KDPW”, i.e. the Polish National Depository for Securities), which states that pursuant to resolution (statement) No. 49/2022 of the KDPW dated 17 January 2022, on 26 January 2022 the KDPW will register 88,700,000 (eighty-eight million, seven hundred thousand) shares in the Company which have been assigned the following ISIN code: PLGTC0000037.
Legal basis: § 17 section 1, point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, as amended, on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
