The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC”), acting pursuant to Article 160, section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments informs that on 9 April 2010 it was advised by one of the Supervisory Board members about the sale of 317,450 shares in GTC at the average price of PLN 24.72 per share in the following transactions: (i) 6 April 2010 – 83,351 shares at PLN 25.17; (ii) 7 April 2010 – 68,388 shares at PLN 24.58; (iii) 8 April 2010 – 75,711 shares at PLN 24.39; and (iv) 9 April 2010 – 90,000 shares at PLN 24.70.
