The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC") hereby informs that, it's main shareholder LSREF III GTC Investments B.V. ("Lone Star"), announced today that after the first week of the subscription in the tender offer for the shares in GTC other shareholders have tendered 79,891,885 shares, representing 22.7% of the share capital of GTC. The above shares in addition to the 32.5% stake in GTC already owned by Lone Star will allow to reach 55.2% of GTC's shares capital. Subscriptions in the tender offer at a price of PLN 5.50 per GTC share continue until 3 June 2015.
