The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (the “Company”) hereby publishes a notice to South African Investors which was published on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Legal basis: Paragraph 35 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 (as amended) on the submission of current and periodical information by issuers of securities and on the conditions for treating as equivalent information required by the laws of a country which is not a member of the European Union.
