Since GTC Topaz Office Sp. z o.o. and GTC Nefryt Sp. z o.o., direct subsidiaries of the Issuer, do not conduct any operations at present and there are no plans to use them in connection with any investments in the future, the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the Issuer) resolved to liquidate those companies. On 27 June 2011 the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of GTC Topaz Office Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of GTC Nefryt Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw adopted a resolution on dissolution of the companies.
Members of the management board of GTC Topaz Office Sp. z o.o. and GTC Nefryt Sp. z o.o., Piotr Kroenke, Witold Zatoński and Jacek Wachowicz, were appointed as their liquidators.
On 29 June 2011, a motion for registration of the opening of the liquidation proceedings concerning the above companies will be filed with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
