We hereby inform that two GTC’s indirect subsidiaries City Gate SRL and City Gate Bucharest SRL (together the “SPVs”) each owning one office building in Bucharest, which together constitute City Gate complex (with total leaseable area of 46,000 sqm.) have signed with Alpha Bank Romania SA, Bank of Cyprus and Eurobank EFG Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. a loan agreement and related agreements for EUR 80 million financing. GTC holds indirectly a 59% stake in the SPVs
