The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), informs that on 1 September 2011 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by GTC Real Estate Holding B.V., a subsidiary of Kardan N.V. and a company related to the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company. Shares were purchased in the standard session transactions as follows:
- 810,000 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.44 on 30 August 2011,
- 408,635 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.84 on 31 August 2011,
- 135,000 shares at average price per share of PLN 11.85 on 1 September 2011.
