In relation to the current report no 20/2013 dated 13 May 2013, the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company') informs that on 29 May 2013 Alain Ickovics submitted his resignation from the function of Chairman of the Supervisory Board which will be effective as at 31 May 2013. Alain Ickovics will become a President of the Management Board of the Company starting 1 June 2013.
Legal grounds: §5.1.22 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
