Current report no 21/2025: Correction of notification submitted on 20 December 2019 of changes in the shareholding of Globe Trade Centre S.A. received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. („Company”) hereby informs that on 16 July 2025, that Company received a written notice from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. (“PTE PZU S.A.”) acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” (“OFE PZU”) and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU (“DFE PZU”), according to which the PTE PZU S.A. hereby submits a correction of the notification submitted on 20 December 2019 regarding the reduction of the share of votes held by OFE PZU below 10% of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of GTC S.A. (ISIN: PLGTC0000037, LEI code: 25940046GV7I3I2ZN618) and published by the Company in current report No. 18/2019.

The Company hereby submits the notification referred to above.
