The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (“GTC”, “Company”) informs that on 9 September 2025, received a written statements from János Péter Bartha according to which Mr. Bartha resigned from his seat on the supervisory board of the Company, effective as of 10 September 2025.
Legal basis: Par. 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state of the European Union.
