("Company"), informs that on 18 November 2011 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by Eli Alroy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, who purchased 10,000 shares in the standard session transactions at an average price of PLN 9.08 per share on 18 November 2011.
