The management board of the Company hereby informs that on 21 December 2018 it received a notification that Mr Philippe Couturier submitted his resignations from position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 17 December 2018.
Legal basis: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognising as equivalent the information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
