Further to Current Report No. 24/2010 dated 2 September 2010, Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC”) hereby announces that in connection with fulfilment of the conditions set forth in the preliminary agreements on sale of real estate concluded on 1 September 2010 by GTC Nefryt Sp. z o.o. and GTC Topaz Office Sp. z o.o. (the “Subsidiaries”) with Rreef Investment GmbH (the “Buyer”), on 29 October 2010 the Subsidiaries and the Buyer signed a final agreement on sale of the real estate, pursuant to which the Buyer acquired the right of perpetual usufruct of land and the right of ownership of the Topaz and Nefryt office buildings for a total price of EUR 78,945,665.92 (net), equivalent in Polish zloty to PLN 313,611,657.86 (at the average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on 28 October 2010).
