The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the condensed interim consolidated financial report together with the condensed quarterly report of the Company will be published on 12 November 2010, following conclusion of the trading session of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Legal grounds: § 103(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic reports by securities issuers and conditions for recognition of the equivalence of reports required by the law of a non-member state.
