The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC”) informs that on 21 July 2015 Witold Zatoński resigned from his function of a Member of the Management Board of GTC. Witold Zatoński will pursue his professional career in his own advisory company specializing in commercial real estate and will continue cooperation with GTC, as an adviser to the Board.
Legal grounds: § 5 section 20 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equivalent the information required by the national lawful regulations of a country which is not a member of the European Union.
