In connection with the current report No. 23/2013 Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. („GTC”) informs, that the negotiations regarding sale of Galeria Jurajska were ended without agreement as to the sale of the asset.
Legal grounds: § 56. sect. 1 item 2 of the Act on public offering and the terms for introduction of financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies, dated 29 July 2005.
