Legal grounds: Art. 70(3) of the Act on Offerings – General Meeting list above 5%
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby releases a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 17 March 2010:
1. GTC Real Estate Holding B.V. (GTC RE) – 94,483,780 votes, constituting 62.232% of the votes at the General Meeting and 43.074% of the total votes
2. ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny S.A. (ING) – 17,544,352 votes, constituting 11.554% of the votes at the General Meeting and 7.997% of the total votes
3. Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK S.A. (Aviva) – 15,000,000 votes, constituting 9.879% of votes at the General Meeting and 6.838% of the total votes
