The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby informs that it has received from Mr Eli Alroy, on 28 February 2012, a resignation from his position of the Supervisory Board Member of GTC effective as of 6 April 2012. On the same day the Supervisory Board of GTC elected Mr Alain Ickovicks to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board effective as of 6 April 2012. Mr Alain Ickovicks is a long time member of the Supervisory Board of GTC.
Legal grounds: Legal grounds: §5 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union.
