("Company"), informs that on 6 March 2012 it received an information on purchase of shares of Globe Trade Centre S.A. by Eli Alroy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, who purchased 20,000 shares in the standard session transactions at an average price of PLN 7.29 per share on 6 March 2012
