The CEE Real Estate Quality Awards are given to projects, companies and individuals active in property investment and development throughout the Central & Eastern European region, that demonstrate the highest level of quality of planning, leadership and execution. They are assessed against a detailed set of criteria by a panel of experts with broad professional knowledge and experience of both the industry and the region. A jury of 16 judges, comprised of leading real estate executives from across Central Europe, reviewed more than 60 short-listed nominations from Moscow to Bucharest before announcing the winners of the 16 award categories. This was the award ceremony’s second year.
