Globe Trade Centre completed its first investment in Serbia – GTC House, an A-class office building developed in prominent position in the Central Business District of New Belgrade. It is one of the first high standard office complexes in Belgrade, offering a first class corporate environment and image to reputable and international companies.

GTC House comprises 13,500 sqm of net rentable area and is approximately 80% leased. The main tenant of the building is the new corporate HQ for Raiffeisen Bank Serbia who are occupying over 50% of the total space. GTC House has also attracted renowned international corporations including, amongst others, such names as Phillip Morris International, Nestle, Wrigley, L’Oreal, Sanofi Aventis, Honeywell and EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).

The building features one of the first fully integrated facility management systems in Belgrade, electronic access control and 24 hours security protection.
Following success of its first investment in Belgrade, GTC acquired 1,2-hectare site in block 19A in New Belgrade, where 17,000 sqm of net office space and 13,000 sqm of residential apartments are planned to be developed.
