Allianz is expanding its offices in the NEFRYT building by an additional 4,000 sqm. Although the building has not opened yet, it is already fully let. Platinium Business Park is also enjoying great interest among potential tenants. The construction of the first phase of the business park has been completed, and the second phase will be finished in August 2008.
NEFRYT’s tenants will start working in their new offices in about a month, but the whole building has already been leased. Allianz recently joined the group of new tenants due to its expansion from the ALLIANZ FINANCIAL CENTRE, an office building acquired from GTC. NEFRYT, located at Domaniewska and Rodziny Hiszpańskich streets in Warsaw, offers a total of 15,300 sqm of top-quality office space. The building was created by JEMS Architekci, as was the adjoining TOPAZ building.
Other future tenants in the NEFRYT building include Noble Bank (6,100 sqm), Roche (2,000 sqm), Lowe GGK (1,500 sqm) and Ray & Berndtson (350 sqm).
Platinium Business Park is being developed by GTC in Warsaw at the corner of Domaniewska and Wołoska streets, in the vicinity of Galeria Mokotów. The office park will comprise 5 Class A buildings offering a total of 45,000 sqm of modern office space. The buildings are being constructed to top-quality standards including raised floors and a maximum of natural lighting.
Platinium Business Park offers the best possible working environment, providing its tenants with greenery and a pond in the courtyard. The design of the complex reflects all the experience of the award-winning architects JEMS Architekci.
Leo Burnett (2,100 sqm), GE Medical Systems (1,450 sqm), Trio Management (1,460 sqm) and Levi Strauss (1,200 sqm) will locate their headquarters in Platinium Business Park offices.
The first phase of Platinum Business Park -Platinium 1 (9,000 sqm) , was delivered in December 2007 and the second building will open in August 2008.
“Multinational companies regularly choose GTC’s buildings for their offices,” said GTC Commercial Director Michał Melaniuk. “Future tenants appreciate the advantages of these office projects: carefully selected location, excellent connections with the city center, top-quality office space, and the opportunity for expansion within the same office park.”
Globe Trade Centre S.A. will deliver nearly 50,000 sqm of high-class office space to the Warsaw market in 2008. Last week it was announced that the company has been recognized by the panel of judges for the CEE Quality Awards as CEE Real Estate Developer of the Year 2007.
