After having signed the lease agreement in April this year Polbank EFG has joined the group of renowned companies who have decided to choose Okęcie Business park for their abode.

Polbank EFG is the Polish branch of one of the most dynamic Greek financial institutions – EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A.– a part of the European Financial Group– a shareholder of various banks and financial institutions all over the world. The latest tenant of Okęcie Business Park has a chain of agencies and cash points in more than 250 places at its disposal in Poland.

In May Polbank will move to the NOTHUS office building – the first completed within Okęcie Business Park. The company has rented more than 3,600 sq m of excellent office space situated on three floors of the building.

During the negotiations GTC and was represented by the international real estate agencies – CB Richard Ellis and Savills, while Polbank by EFG Property Services Polska.

Other tenants of NOTHUS are: Moeller Electric (1,200 sq m), Mitsubishi (1,100 sq m), Kingfisher (700 sq m) and Frogut Plastics (230 sq m).

Okęcie Business Park is a GTC investment under construction at 17 Stycznia Street, close to Okęcie International Airport. The complex will consist of six buildings, which offer, in total, about 60,000 sq m of A- class office space. At the moment work is being completed on the NOTHUS building before the first tenants are received. The second building of the complex – ZEPHIRUS – is scheduled for completion in August this year.
