GTC Romania has concluded a retail lease agreement with a renowned automotive company
Autoitalia will occupy over 1,300 sq m in the City Gate buildings in Bucharest

GTC Romania, a subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre S.A., has signed a retail lease agreement of over 1,300 sq m in City Gate towers in Bucharest. Autoitalia – the representative of Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Lancia and Fiat – will open its show rooms on the ground floor of the two towers.

According to the ten-year lease agreement, Autoitalia will occupy over 1,300 sq m on the ground floor of City Gate buildings in Bucharest. It will be the largest show room of Autoitalia in Romania.

City Gate is located on a 14,000 sq m plot in the North of Bucharest in the most prestigious business district of the capital of Romania. The site is right in front of the Romanian Exhibition Centre (ROMEXPO) and very close to Sofitel Hotel as well as on the main traffic route from the Bucharest International Airport, within proximity to important public transportation hub. The complex will include retail space on the ground floor, two eighteen-storey towers and three-level underground parking providing more than 1,000 parking spaces. The two towers will each have separate entrances and will function independently.

The total rentable area of the investment is 43,000 sq m. In addition to the modern and functional office space, City Gate will boast stunning views overlooking the surrounding green area.

The City Gate is scheduled for completion for Q3 (Southern Tower) and Q4 (Northern Tower). At the moment about 80% of the office space available in the building has been pre-leased. The main tenants include Romtelecom, Microsoft, Millennium Bank and Hoffman LaRoche.
