• On 3 October Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa will welcome its first customers

• The advertising campaign of Galeria Jurajska under the slogan “This way for the trends!” is in progress in Częstochowa and the region.

Already on 3 October at 11: 00 a.m. Galeria Jurajska is going to open its doors for customers. The first modern shopping and entertainment center in Częstochowa shall offer 200 shops, service and restaurants and a multi-hall cinema.

The first stage of the advertising campaign of Galeria Jurajska commenced at the beginning of September this year and was conducted under the mysterious slogan “Which way for the trends?”. The answer to this question was brought by the next stage whose main slogan is: “This way for the trends!”.

“Galeria Jurajska will be the most fashionable place on the map of Częstochowa. One shall find there shops of brands that so far have been absent in the city and even throughout the whole region. Restaurants, cafes, a playground for children as well as a modern multi-hall cinema are just some of the attractions that Galeria Jurajska is going to offer its customers. This will be the place setting the trends in many fields of daily life – shopping, spending free time and entertainment. Galeria Jurajska is a place that so far has not existed in Częstochowa” – says Monika Piwońska, PR & Marketing Manager of GTC S.A.

Two young inhabitants of Częstochowa – Dagna and Kacper, chosen through casting from a few hundred candidates, have become the faces of the advertising campaign of Galeria Jurajska. Their image appears both on the external advertising carriers as well as in the local press.

“Dagna and Kacper are happy, young and dynamic people. We hope that they will encourage all inhabitants of Częstochowa and the region to visit Galeria Jurajska and get to know its attractions” – says Monika Piwońska.

The customers may expect a multitude of surprises along with the inauguration of Galeria Jurajska. Already on 3 October, a contest with daily awards as well as the main prize – a Mitsubishi Lancer car, will begin. Its settlement will take place during the great finale on 14 October. On the same day Natalia Kukulska will perform in Galeria Jurajska, and the sky over the river Warta will be illuminated by a fireworks show. For October “Trends for Weekends” have been planned, during which you will be able to admire fashion shows and performances of dancers of the “You Can Dance” TV show fame. Radio RMF Maxx is going to broadcast its program live for a few days from Galeria Jurajska.

Galeria Jurajska will be open Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The gastronomic section (food court) of Galeria Jurajska will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Cinema City Movie Theatre in Galeria Juraska will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to the last picture show.

The Xandu agency is responsible for drawing up and conducting advertising activities for Galeria Jurajska. Public relations activities are conducted by the Advanced PR agency.

Galeria Jurajska is the third investment conducted by Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) in the sector of shopping and entertainment centres in Poland and the first modern facility of this type in Częstochowa. Implementation of the investment began in February 2008.

Galeria Jurajska is located on the plot with total area of 8.5 ha, situated in the immediate vicinity of national road no. 1, connecting North and South of Poland.

Total area of Galeria Jurajska is 130 000 sq m, of which 49 000 sq m are commercial and entertainment premises, which will house 200 stores, service and gastronomic points, as well as a multi-hall cinema – Cinema City.

The offer of Galeria Jurajska will include stores of the most popular Polish and international brands. For many of them it will be a debut on the local commercial market. Among others, Alma (3400 sq m), Peek&Cloppenburg (3000 sq m), group LPP – Reserved, Cropp, Home & You, Esotiq, House, Mohito (2900 sq m), Mega Avans (2800 sq m), Inditex group – Zara, Bershka and Stradivarius (2600 sq m), Euro RTV AGD (1300 sq m), Intersport (1200 sq m), KappAhl (750 sq m), Rossmann (360 sq m), Kakadu (360 sq m), Sephora (345 sq m), Douglas (310 sq m), Promod (200 sq m), Max Mara (120 sq m), Trussardi (120 sq m) or Apart (120 sq m) will open their stores in Galeria Jurajska.

On the first floor of Galeria Jurajska gastronomic zone will be located. To provide comfort of customers, also a car park for nearly 1900 vehicles will be created.

The opening of Galeria Jurajska will take place in October 2009.

Along with opening in September 2000 of Galeria Mokotów Globe Trade Centre S.A introduced to Poland a model of modern shopping and entertainment precinct.
