• AEGON and Warta Life Insurance Company will open regional offices in GTC office building in Lodz

• Both companies have hired more than 400 sqm of modern office space in University Business Park.

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed another lease agreements in the University Business Park office complex in Lodz. AEGON SA and Warta SA – Life Insurance Company joined the list of tenants of offices along the Wólczańska 178 Street. Offices of both companies are located on the second floor of an office building.

New leases were concluded by the GTC in September this year. AEGON’s office in University Business Park will occupy approximately 190 sqm of area and will open in early October this year.

In turn, Warta SA – Life Insurance Company is the second, after Kredyt Bank, KBC Group entity who opens an office in University Business Park. The new regional headquarters will occupy approximately 220 sqm. The tenant will begin moving in late November.

Among the companies that have leased space at University Business Park so far is also Intergraph Poland.

University Business Park is the only fully modern office complex in Lodz. The investment is located next to land of University of Lodz, between Kosciuszko Avenue and Wolczanska Street. The first of two buildings of the complex, completed in May this year, comprises 18 500 sqm of user-friendly and very well lighted with natural light A-class office space and 300 parking spaces.

University Business Park buildings have seven storeys, and a typical floor area is 2 700 sqm.

University Business Park is fully adapted to the needs of large and small companies (minimum rentable area is 100 sqm). The complex was designed to ensure the tenants the possibility of flexible interior design and efficient land use planning, both in the cabinet, and open space.
