Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC S.A.) has concluded lease agreements for the office space in the University Business Park in Lodz with Kredyt Bank S.A. and Intergraph Polska Sp. z o.o. Between April and May this year an effective occupancy permit was issued for the first building of the complex. The building has also passed the final acceptance inspection successfully.
Both lease agreements were concluded in June this year. The offices of Kredyt Bank in University Business Park, where among others private banking services will be carried out, will occupy 650 m2 of space and are due to be opened in Autumn this year.
The second of University Business Park’s new tenants is Intergraph Polska – a company that specializes in software and engineering solutions for geo-spatial measurements. Intergraph’s headquarters located in GTC’s investment in Lodz will occupy approximately 400 m2 of space.
University Business Park is located near the areas of the Technical University of Lodz, between Kosciuszki Av. and Wolczanska St. The first of the two buildings of the complex that has been completed in May this year provides 18,500 m2 of friendly and perfectly illuminated class A office space and 300 parking lots.
The buildings of University Business Park are seven storeys high, with a typical floor providing approx. 2,700 m2 of area.
University Business Park perfectly accommodates the requirements of large and small firms (the minimum rentable area is 100 m2). The complex has been developed in a way that allows the tenants for flexible interior design and effective adaptation of the area, both in an open space layout and a cabinet layout.
University Business Park is fitted with suspended ceilings, tilting windows with external blinds, modern heating, air-conditioning and telecom systems, as well as a double power system and full access control. These solutions facilitate flexible adaptation of the offices e.g. for back-office, research or laboratory operations that are usually conducted by companies from the BPO sector, which in turn constitute a substantial percentage of the potential investors from the region of Lodz.
