On March 14, 2011, the Member of the Management Board position in Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC) was taken by Yovav Carmi.

According to the resolution of 14 March this year, The Supervisory Board appointed Yovav Carmi to the position of GTC Board Member effective as of 14 March 2011. Yovav Carmi will be responsible for financial issues of GTC subsidiaries operating in the region of Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.

Yovav Carmi has extensive experience in real estate and financial market. He is a Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board of many of GTC’s international subsidiaries since 2001. Between 1998 and 2001 he was a financial controller at Kardan Group, and before that in 1997 he worked for Israeli Security authority. He started his professional career in 1994 as auditor and Ernst & Young.

Yovav Carmi graduated from Tel-Aviv University with B.A. in Law and B.A. in Accounting. He also holds an MBA Degree from Tel-Aviv University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Public Accountant in Israel.
