Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) put into commission the 3rd office building at Okęcie Business Park in Warsaw. The Corius building offers 8,840 sq m of class A office space already leased in more than 80%.
Okęcie Business Park is located on 17 Stycznia street, adjacent to Warsaw Chopin Airport. First two buildings of the complex (Nothus and Zephirus) were completed in 2008 and currently are 100% let with major tenants such as: Novo Nordisk, Avon, Moeller Electric and Mitsubishi. Offices of such firms as EGIS, Pandora A/S and YES Airways will open their doors in the Corius building shortly.
The architectural design for Okęcie Business Park, reflecting both the natural advantages of the surroundings (including a pond and green areas) and the proximity of the airport, was created by the renowned studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. The investment is currently under the certification process for the prestigious international LEED certificate.
The typical floor space in the seven-storey Corius building is 1.434 sq m. For tenants disposal building offers 180 parking spaces in underground garage and additional parking space for guests, taxis and couriers on the ground level.
The Corius building is equipped with suspended floors, suspended ceilings, soundproof tilt windows, full air conditioning, a state-of-the-art building management system, access control and professional security. Green terraces located at the roof of the building maintain characteristic part of the building façade.
Okęcie Business Park is located near Żwirki i Wigury street and Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw, which assures easy access by car or public transit. The surrounding road and rail infrastructure linking Okęcie with neighbouring districts is currently being extended. There is convenient lodging available within a 10-minute drive.
