The name of the new tenant will be revealed in September this year pursuant to the provisions of the lease agreement. The new tenant is a large, Poland-based private company. It will move into to the second building of Francuska Office Centre.

Francuska Office Centre comprises two buildings with a total of 21,700 sq m. class A office space. The first building of the complex is 100% let. The new tenant will be the first one in the second building. The total occupancy of the complex is now at 60%. The list of tenants includes: Ruch, Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, KPMG, Philips Lighting, American Heart of Poland, Arpid and Berlitz.

Francuska Office Centre is located adjacent to public transit stops. The project is also convenient for motorists, with direct access fromFrancuska streetand easy access for travellers on the A4 motorway and national route 86.KatowiceInternationalAirport, at Pyrzowice, is about a 25-minute drive. The underground parking garage at the complex offers spaces for about 400 vehicles.

The interiors atFrancuskaOfficeCenterare designed to allow tenants flexible arrangement and efficient management of the space, for such uses as back-office operations, research or laboratory activity. Francuska Office Centre is certified with EU GreenBuilding certificate saving approximately 40% of energy. Key solutions include energy-efficient windows that prevent overheating of rooms, effective ventilation with recuperation (heat recovery), and computerized building management system (BMS) and lighting control.

Centrum Biurowe Francuska also received 2nd prizes in the category of buildings for public use in the Building of the Year 2010 competition, organized by the Polish Union of Civil Engineers and Technicians, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control.
