Hewlett-Packard has decided on staying at Globis building in Wroclaw. The company, which is the key tenant of the building, has 6,600 sq m office space at its disposal. Globis Wroclaw was put into use in 2008, and comprises nearly 16,000 sq m office space. Additionally, HP has secured the possibility to expand in the building in the future. Globis building is currently 100% let.
LUX MED medical center has extended the lease agreement for 1,500 sq m office space at Globis building in Poznan. The building was put into use in 2003 and it was the first office project completed by GTC in Poland outside Warsaw. The building comprises nearly 14,000 sq m office space and is practically fully occupied.
GTC Office Centre in Cracow, comprising three building – Galileo, Newton and Edison – with a total leasable area of more than 32,000 sq m, will remain the seat for Raiffeisen Bank (1,000 sq m), Citi Handlowy (700 sq m) and Ergomed (300 sq m). GTC Office Centre in Cracow is currently 100% let.
All extended agreements will improve GTC’s overall occupancy level and, as a result, have a positive impact on cash flow and the valuation of certain assets in its portfolio.
