Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed new lease agreements for Platinium Business Park located in Warsaw at the intersection of Domaniewska and Woloska streets. Within the frames of one of the most distinctive capital’s office parks, the fifth building is currently under construction and has been already 70% leased. It is scheduled to be put into commission in June this year.
VeriFone Poland – the global leader in secure electronic payment solutions – has leased over 1.100 sq m in Platinium Business Park V. It means that the occupancy of the building which is to be completed within five months has reached 70%. The list of key tenants of Platinium Business Park V also includes such companies like K2 Internet and Starcom.
On the other hand, Schrack-Seconet has leased nearly 410 sq m in Platinium Business Park IV. The company specializes in fire alarm-, communication- and security-systems. Platinium Business Park IV was completed in 2011 and its key tenant is Aviva Group.
Platinium Business Park V has a lease area of 11,000 sq m. The area of a typical floor is 1,024 sq m, and each floor can be efficiently arranged into separate offices or open space.
Platinium Business Park V is being constructed from materials that increase energy efficiency and enable maximum efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. The building will be equipped with tilt windows, suspended floors and ceilings, an integrated lighting system, air conditioning with individual temperature controls, full cabling and a state-of-the-art building management system. Tenants will also have 180 parking spaces at their disposal.
The architectural design of Platinium Business Park V was prepared by the Grupa 5 Architekci studio. The general contractor for the development is Warbud. GTC targets to obtain LEED Gold certification for Platinium Business Park V in the new-build category.
