Corius is the third building at Okęcie Business Park located on 17 Stycznia street and adjacent to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Corius offers 8,840 sq m of class A office space on seven storeys. The typical floor space is 1,434 sq m. Tenants have 205 parking spaces in underground garage and additional parking space for guests, taxis and couriers on the ground level at their disposal.
GTC fulfilled a number of USGBC requirements both during design and construction works. The result is a tenant-friendly building that was raised with full respect for the environment.
The following factors were taken into account by USGBC in the evaluation process: location of the facility, reduction of water and other materials consumption both during construction works and exploitation of the building, energy performance, effectiveness of waste segregation and quality of the internal environment.

Requirements of LEED for Core and Shell had to be met already at the planning and construction stage. GTC took care of proper organization of construction works that prevented excessive soil erosion and negative effects on the surrounding area. Only environmentally friendly construction materials were used. Proper segregation and recycling of waste on the construction site was also applied.
Pro-ecological solutions used in the Corius building include: modern building management system (BMS) that helps in proper energy management, automatic light switches and efficient heating and air conditioning systems. All toilets in the building are equipped with batteries with a temporary stop the flow that allow significant water savings. The vegetation planted around the building does not require constant watering.
Designers of Okęcie Business Park created a covered parking spaces for bicycles with the indispensible infrastructure – changing rooms and showers for employees that use this mode of transportation. The complex is connected with the city road system through a cycle lane as well. Thanks to the efforts of GTC, a bus stop was created next the complex what makes access to public transit much easier.
The architectural design forOkęcieBusinessPark reflecting both the natural advantages of the surroundings (including a pond and green areas) and the proximity of the airport, was created by the renowned studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. The following companies were also involved in the LEED certification process: Buro Happold (leading consultant), WSP Environment & Energy and Gleeds.
The general contractor for the Corius building was Unibep.
The list of tenants of Corius building includes such companies as OLT Express, EGIS, Pandora A/S, Polish Airports and Border Guard. Corius is currently 97% let.
