Despite increasing competition, Platinium Business Park remains highly attractive for renowned Polish and international companies. The fifth building of the complex located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Woloska streets in Warsaw has already received valid use permit. Subsidiaries of PSA Peugeot Citroën Group have recently joined the list of tenants of the building.
Office space at Platinium Business Park has been leased by Peugeot, Citroën (automotive brands owned by PSA Group) and PSA Finance – provider of finance services, mostly credits for the purchase of a car. The company has also leased additional space in the first building of the complex. PSA Group has leased a total of over 3,500 sq m at Platinium Business Park.
The list of tenants of Platinium Business Park V includes also such firms like VeriFone Poland, Schrack-Seconet, K2 and Starcom. The building is over 90% let with advanced negotiations for the remaining space underway.
Platinium Business Park V has a lease area of aprox. 11,000 sq m. The area of a typical floor is 1,024 sq m, and each floor can be efficiently arranged into separate offices or open space.
Platinium Business Park V was constructed from materials that increase energy efficiency and enable maximum efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. The building will be equipped with tilt windows, suspended floors and ceilings an integrated lighting system, air conditioning with individual temperature controls, full cabling and a state-of-the-art building management system. Tenants also have 180 parking spaces at their disposal.
The architectural design of Platinium Business Park V was prepared by the Grupa 5 Architekci studio. The general contractor for the development was Warbud. GTC targets to obtain LEED Gold certification for Platinium Business Park V in the new-build category.
