GTC has extended an lease agreement for over 3,000 sq m office space in Korona Office Centre in Cracow. Genpact will stay in Edison building for another five years.

Genpact is a global leader in business process and technology management.
The company started its operations in Poland in 2008, and currently hires more than 350 employees. The company leases 3,090 sq m of office space in Edison building – a part of Korona Office Centre.

„Genpact has been one of key tenants of Korona Office Centre. We are very glad with the fact that the company decided to extend its lease agreement for another five years. It is an indubitable proof of trust,” – says Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Board and Director of Leasing and Sales at GTC S.A. „In many cases, the demand for office space in Cracow comes from BPO firms. Currently, there are over 70 companies operating in the outsourcing sector in Cracow, mostly international corporations, from which some found their places in GTC office buildings,” – adds Jacek Wachowicz.

Korona Office Complex consists of three eleven-storey buildings with a total lease area of over 31,326 sq m. They were built in 2003-2008 and currently host several Polish and international companies from IT, finance, BPO, consulting and other sectors.
