GTC has signed two lease agreements in Korona Office Complex in Cracow. One of key tenants, IBM, has extended the lease agreement for 3 000 sqm office space. Additionally, marketing and advertising agency Event has joined the list of tenants of the complex.

IBM will stay in Edison building (part of Korona Office Complex), in which it has 3,000 sqm, for next four years. The company currently leases a total of over 14,500 sqm in all three buildings that are part of the complex (Galileo, Newton, Edison).

„IBM has been operating in Korona Office Complex for eight years. Lease agreements that have been extended both this and last year, are proof of trust and satisfaction of the tenant, as well as quality of office space offered by GTC” – says Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Board and Director of Lease and Sales at GTC S.A.

Additionally, marketing and advertising agency Event has become a new tenant of Korona Office Complex. The company will occupy 500 sq m office space in Galileo building.

Korona Office Complex consists of three eleven-storey buildings with a total lease area of over 31,326 sq m. They were built in 2003-2008 and currently host several Polish and international companies from IT, finance, BPO, consulting and other sectors.
