The list of tenants of Zephirus building also includes: Novo Nordisk Pharma, Avon, Polish Airports, Polish Border Guard and Raiffeisen Bank. Zephirus building is currently 100% let.

Okęcie Business Park is located on 17 Stycznia street and will comprise six buildings offering a total of 60,000 sq m NRA. The next building in the complex will be named Solano.

The architectural design for Okęcie Business Park reflecting both the natural advantages of the surroundings (including a pond and green areas) and the proximity of the airport, was created by the renowned studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates. Since July 2012, GTC can boast about granting LEED® Gold certificate to the third building of Okęcie Business Park (Corius).
