Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC), the leading developer of commercial properties in the Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, has signed an agreement with Provident Poland S.A. extending the lease of office space in the Globis Wroclaw building has been extended for five years.
Provident Poland S.A. part of the IPF International group, is one of the largest financial institutions and market leader in cash loans in Poland. Provident rents over 500 square meters of office space from GTC. Under the agreement signed with GTC Provident will remain in Globis Wroclaw office building at least until year 2018.

Globis Wroclaw is located in the city centre of Wroclaw, Lower Silesia region capital. Completed in 2008, it offers a total of 14 500 square meters of A-class office space to its tenants. Current office tenants include companies such as: Medicover, HP and Raiffeisen Bank.
