Globe Trade Centre S.A. and Lighthouse Group, the major Czech developer of commercial and residential real estate, are glad to announce its latest leasing transactions with LG Electronics and the Czech Ice Hockey Association (CIHA), in its office building – Harfa Office Park.

CIHA, organizing amongst many other ice hockey competitions the second and third highest senior leagues in the Czech Republic, concluded a long-term lease of approximately 1,000 sqm of first-class office space and moved into their new office at the beginning of January 2014.

The CIHA’s president, Mr. Tomáš Král, comments: „What we appreciate the most in Harfa Office Park is the high quality for a reasonable price. The close proximity to the biggest Czech hockey arena – O2 Arena – has a symbolical meaning for us, it is also the place where the 2015 World Ice Hockey Championships will take place.“

The latest tenant addition of Harfa, LG Electronics CZ, s.r.o., the leading producer of consumer electronics, leased approximately 1,400 sqm of offices in Harfa Office Park and 500 sqm of showroom in Galerie Harfa to commence in May 2014.

Jiřina Kahudová, senior consultant of Jones Lang LaSalle, who mediated the transaction comments: „The fact that a high profile company sitting for the past ten years in the prime location of Prague 5 -Andel, such as LG Electronics CZ, s.r.o. selected Harfa as its HQ, confirms Harfa’s high quality and proves that companies are ready to consider HQ relocations, provided the new offices offer higher quality for advantageous costs.“
