Globe Trade Centre S.A. We are very happy that both prestigious tenants and leaders in their fields, decided to choose University Business Park. We believe that both, the convenient location of the University Business Park in the heart of Łódź as well as all additional facilities offered to tenants, will allow to increase work efficiency of the employees. We are very pleased with the cooperation of the city authorities whose efforts have made Łódź a very attractive business location” – says Jacek Wachowicz, Chief Investment Officer, GTC.

Cushman & Wakefield advised GTC in the lease process.

The lease of space by Fujitsu Polska is the first transaction in the second stage of the University Business Park complex. Now that the University Business Park first stage is completed and leased and the second stage becomes operational soon, I am convinced that the complex will become an even more significant spot on the business map of Łódź. We are glad that thanks to the developer’s flexibility and the project’s attractive location, Fujitsu Polska has been able to find a place that meets the needs of that rapidly developing business” – said Krzysztof Misiak, Partner and Regional Cities Manager in the Office Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
