Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) signed a binding lease agreement with Cinema City for 3,400 sq. m of cinema space in Galeria Wilanów in Warsaw.
Cinema City, the largest cinema operator in Poland, part of Cineworld Group, the second largest cinema chain in Europe, decided to lease 3,400 sq. meters in Galeria Wilanów where it will open a state-of-the-art, multi-screen cinema. It will enable residents of Wilanów and other southern districts of Warsaw to enjoy the newest movie productions in one of the 12 cutting-edge auditoriums.

ABOUT GALERIA WILANÓW
Galeria Wilanów will be the very first major new generation shopping center located in southern Warsaw. Designed by the renowned APA Wojciechowski and Moshe Tzur architecture studios, the gallery is planned in such a way as to provide maximum openness. The environment-friendly project features leisure areas and playgrounds. Leasable area will equal 61,000 sq. m including ca. 250 stores and service points. Customers will be able to make use of 2,200 parking slots in underground and roof parking. Galeria Wilanów has already attracted a number of renowned tenants, including Carrefour, H&M, the LPP Group and many more.
Galeria Wilanów is at the final stage of activities that need to be performed prior to commencing construction works. An application for building permit has been submitted.
