GTC has signed a pre-lease agreement for a five-year term with Tenderly. The Serbian software company will rent 3,400 sq m of premium quality office space at GTC X in Belgrade. The pre-lease of the building, which is scheduled for completion in Q3 2022, has already reached 72%.

GTC X is a modern, A-class office building located in the Belgrade business district, close to the city centre, main arterial roads, the railway station, and the Belgrade Airport. The building, designed and developed in line with LEED Gold certification, is under construction with the completion scheduled for Q3 2022. It will offer 16,800 sq m of rentable space. GTC X will provide tenants with individual access control, terrasses on each floor, bicycle storage and showers, and three levels of underground car park for 300 vehicles.
