Polkomtel, the telecommunications market leader that is part of the Polsat Plus Group, will move into the Sterlinga Business Center, a GTC-managed office building located in Łódź. The company will occupy an area of more than 3,000 sq m.

Polkomet is the operator of Plus network, offering latest telecommunications solutions, such as, for example, the superfast 5G mobile Internet access service. The company is a member of Polsat Plus Group – the biggest media-and-telecommunications group in Poland which provides a total of more than 20 million telecommunications and TV services to its customers.
Polkomtel will move into office space at Sterlinga Business Center, a modern Class A building owned by GTC with a total area of 13,400 sq m. This unique location seamlessly blends access to the vibrant center of Lódź with a tranquil, green setting. The office building adheres to rigorous green standards, and the high quality of the building's superior communication processes, policies, and procedures evidenced by the BREEM In-Use certification at the Excellent level. This certification recognizes, as well as its exceptional physical characteristics, including building envelope, technical equipment, and structure.

The new tenant will move into the building before the end of this year. The transaction was brokered by the consulting firm CBRE.
