The management board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt (“GTC Hungary”), informs that on 14 January 2022, the Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“GTC SA”) entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Mr. Yovav Carmi. Mr. Carmi resigned from his seat on the Management Board of the GTC Hungary as well as GTC SA. The resignation is effective immediately.
