Regarding the tender offer announced on 7 September 2020 by GTC Holding ZÁRTKÖRŰEN MŰKÖDŐ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG („Acquirer”) pursuant to paragraph 7 sec. 2 point 3 of the regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 14 September 2017 on the forms of tender offers to subscribe for the sale or exchange of shares in a public company, detailed procedures of the announcement thereof and the conditions for acquiring shares pursuant to such tender offers (OJL from 2017 item1748), the acquirer and Santander Bank Polska S.A. – Santander Brokerage House inform about the change in dates of subscriptions in the tender offer.
