The management board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt (“GTC Hungary“, ”Company”) informs that on 27 October 2021, the Globe Trade Centre S. A. (“GTC S.A.”) entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Mr. Robert Snow, a completion of which is subject to the Supervisory Board of GTC S.A. approval. Mr. Snow resigned from his seat on the Management Board of the GTC Hungary as well as GTC S.A. The resignation is effective immediately upon approval of the Supervisory Board.
