The management board of GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt. (“GTC Hungary”) as issuer informs that a sale purchase agreement (the "Agreement") for acquisition of the Vaci Greens D office building in Budapest, Hungary (“Váci Greens D”), was concluded on 5 March 2021 between SkyGreen Buildings Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hungary (the “Seller”) and Globe Office Investments Ingatlanfejlesztő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (the “Buyer”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTC Hungary.
Vaci Greens D is located in the centre of the Váci Office Corridor (north of Budapest) and provides approx. 16,000 sqm gross leasable area. GTC Hungary intends to hold the building as part of the income producing portfolio.
The closing of the transaction is expected in the second quarter of 2021 following completion of standard conditions precedent.
